Frequently asked questions
Must all access paths move at once?
No. A phased introduction with pilot groups and controlled fallback paths is generally preferable.
Can existing Citrix access be integrated?
Yes. SAML, Microsoft MFA and Citrix FAS where appropriate can be included.
Is legacy authentication disabled immediately?
Only after inventory, dependency assessment and an agreed migration of affected applications and accounts.
